Starting a job this late in the game?

Has anyone else started a new job in thier third trimester? I'm 35 weeks and am scheduled to start work Monday. I know legally they can't ask about my pregnancy (and they haven't) but idk when to tell them and discuss. I meet with HR Monday morning to sign papers for employment but part of me feels like I should call tomorrow and discuss. Any suggestions or personal experiences appreciated. What would you do?

Being that in the U.S. You have to work somewhere for 1 year to get the 12 weeks unpaid leave I didn't chance a new job. However, I did change departments when I was 5 months a long with my first child and I was upfront so they knew and I knew that they wanted me regardless.

I was just offered a job and sign my contract next week i am currently 28 weeks 4days pregnant. 
However when I did my interview I told them I was pregnant but said I still wanted to work while on maternity they would just have to give me the first 3 months with my baby, but if they hired me right away I would work up untill my due date. (in Canada we get a year maternity leave).

You should be up front and honest with them. But I would definitely have that conversation in person.
