Hello I'm 9weeks and 4days pregnant and I have a lot of pain in my lower belly and I already had spotting. I went to the hospital and they told me that I have a threatened miscarriage. What are something I can do to prevent me from having a miscarriage I wasn't expecting this baby buh I don't wanna lose it please anyone has gone throw this ?
