Regular prenatal screening or those private company tests for abnormalities?

I'm 19, relatively healthy etc but due to my lifestyle of drinking/smoking etc before pregnancy im kind of worried but everything looks normal so far. Test or no test? If test, is it worth it to pay up to 200$ for the more accurate one?
