Weight gain...
I am 6 weeks 4 days and I just weighed myself. I am not sure of my weight before I got pregnant. I'm "overweight" for my height and I'm extreamly worried about gaining more than 11lbs. I'll be going to my 1st appt next Friday (5.22). Anyone have any tips other than eating healthy (I will be starting to eat healthier) and exercising (I'm going to start swimming)? I have a feeling I will be hoping on the scale everyday. 😦😦
