Seeing other people pregnant

So I am 9 days late and I am NEVER late and I took to pregnancy tests and they were both BFN...well I am assuming I am not pregnant and that my body is playing a very cruel joke on me...I go see my doctor tomorrow but in the 9 days I have patiently waited I have had 2 friends announce their pregnancies and it makes me so upset I am sitting here crying wondering why not me? I know I am not the only one here but I have been trying for almost 2 years and I keep asking myself will I ever get good news? I just needed to vent
