Advice ladies? 5 weeks 3 days

Question

Had a scan today, overcome with worry, baby is in right position and normal for how far gone i am, no heartbeat yet. However have a 3cm cyst on my right ovary and a bleed in uterus, having another scan in 2 weeks time but I'm scared, had a miscarriage In the past, has anyone else gone through this?? I'm happy baby is where it should be etc but I'm scared will be getting signed off work tk the scan so I can take it easy but need some advice!!

I can't speak to a bleed this early, but I had a bleed starting at 11wks with my second daughter. They could see where it was and that baby was fine. It continued on and off through the second trimester, but baby was born healthy. (Early at 34 weeks, but healthy)

I had a cyst the entire time I was pregnant with my daughter. I remember them telling me it was no big deal, they were just going to watch it. As far as the bleed, I've had those too, but they were because I have bicornuate uterus. If your doc didn't seem concerned about the bleed, I would try not to worry about it. Easier said then done, I know!

Also I am having a lot of pregnancy symptoms which is positive as didn't with my m/c x
