Lupron trigger for IVF (FET cycle)?

Has anyone else used Lupron as a trigger in your IVF cycle? I am wondering how many days after you triggered you got your period.

I had assumed I would get it around cycle day 28 as usual, but the nurse just told me I may get it sooner ("since you took Lupron.") I took the Lupron trigger nine days ago.

(Am really eager to get my period so I can start the FET cycle before my clinic closes its operating room for annual maintenance month!)

I am in the middle of a fet treatment. I started with Lupron and had my period 7 days after beginning the Lupron. I stayed on the Lupron for about 3 weeks. I also used estrogen patches and crinone gel (progesterone). Just prior to transfer my doc had me take four days of medrol. We did the transfer may 8 so I am now in the middle of my tww. I am 5dp5dt. Well, five minutes after posting this question, my body answered it. I began spotting and now have cramps. So, if anyone else is using this protocol, FYI: I got my period a full week earlier than I would have naturally.

This is the first time ever I have been excited to have cramps! And it is also the first time in this crazy fertility process that something has happened quicker than I'd expected! So nice to shave a week off my extended IVF process. One week closer.. Hopefully.
