I do fertility awareness method aka symptothermal method. I would buy taking charge of your fertility before using NFP or FAM methods. I wouldn't rely on it for birth control until you've charted for at least 3 cycles and can interpret your own fertility signs. I've been using it for 3 cycles now. But hoping I get my period as I had a condom mishap. I'll leave a link below on a short info about FAM/NFP.

I agree with Nicole! It's a great method!! Just do some research before you rely on it 100%. :-)

I use Creighton method of nfp. My favorite thing about it is the network of doctors that read the charts. Personally, I've had my extreme depression (among other things) cured with post-ovulation hormones. 😊 it's also one of the easiest ones because it's a mucous only method. However, I have read TCOYF and will start temping when TempDrop comes out (I don't have a set enough schedule right now).
