My 5 week old has this all over her face and neck. I feel so bad, but am told that it's normal. Apparently it's due to hormones from the breast milk.

Looks like baby acne. My daughter is 6 weeks and has the same thing on her face.

New born rash. We have that too. Her pediatrician said its normal.
