I have an ectopic in right side they treated with methotrexate last Tuesday, my levels only reached 585 & yesterday the doctor wanted to give me another dose because my levels had not dropped much. Today they dropped to 350 so they didn't give a second dose. However I'm having a dull pain on my left side. I read this could be a sign my body is ovulating again, or that it could be a side effect of the medicine...any thoughts or other experience this?
