Pregnancy tea safe in early pregnancy?
I'm about 14 weeks along and just starting my second trimester. I've been drinking Traditional Medicinals Organic Pregnancy Tea for almost my entire pregnancy, about 2 cups a day. The main components are raspberry leaf, strawberry leaf, and stinging nettle leaf. But from what I'm reading online most people don't drink these types of tea until third trimester because they help to prepare the body for labor...does anyone know if it's beneficial or safe for me to be drinking this type of tea now? Should I stop? I don't want to risk preterm labor, but also don't want to miss out on any benefits!
