How do you cope?
I write in a journal. That seems to help, though I cry a lot when I do. I cry myself to sleep a lot, so I've been reading a ton, distracting my mind and focusing on my 18 month old. I've definitely become more spiritual, I want to see my daughter again, so I'm trying to be the best I can be for her, and for my daughter here on earth.
