Cysts wile ovulating.

I had a U/S to confirm I was ovulating some time last year and they said I had so many cysts they couldn't count them on my left side (which is the side that always hurts me) so fast foward to today and I should be ovulating tomorrow and I'm nearly doubled over with cyst like pain of course in my left ovary... any tricks to help them pass or work them out??? Meds don't help me =, (
