Should I have sex the day before when it says I'm 33% chance or anytime when it's green I need help😔

Every other day!! No matter what! At least that's what I've been doing. I feel like my ovulation dates are different from glows estimated days.

Every other day from CD 8 until after you know for sure you've ovulated. Me and my friend at work say just do it every other day from the day you come off your period until you start it again 😉
