"Morning" sickness or food poisoning?

Hey mamas can I get your opinion, sorry a little TMI but I am up tonight feeling sick, I thought maybe at first it was I ate for dinner, but i just threw up and almost nothing came out, much more akin to my morning vomiting than food poisoning...I still feel yucky, but I'm in week 10 and read this can be the worst week for nausea?! I'm just worried ab food poisoning, makes me worry ab my Little Love! Opinions??

I thought the same thing when I started vomiting at 10-11 weeks. Before, I had just been nauseated all day. Then in the afternoons/evenings I would vomit. If your holding food down at other times and youdon't feel "sick" as opposed to pregnancy sick it's just "morning" sickness. Food poisoning you'd be very very sick with puking and possibly diarrhea too

10 weeks is when the morning sickness got really bad for me and has ever since. Starting at 5 till bed time. Hold on for another few more weeks and it should start to get better.

If it were food poisoning things would bee getting much more violent because you would be reacting to a toxin released by too many bacteria in what you ate. I get sick in the evenings like that too and I've had  hyperemesis gravidarum. Sounds like "morning" sickness to mee

Week 10 for me has been the worst. I'm 10w2d. I'm on Diclegis and this week has been horrible, throwing up at night mostly. Can't wait for it to go away, dealt with this crap for a month! Hang in sister first trimester is almost over

I am also in my 10 week and this is by far the worst morning sickness/nausea I've had yet. I'm also getting that icky feeling at different times than before and having way more difficulty eating food in general. Hang in there girl, I hear the second trimester is supposed to get easier!

If it's food poisoning you'll never have to question it .. Food poisoning is literally the worst throwing up you'll ever do if you feel like your going to puke your toe nails out of your nose it's food poisoning if you've thrown up so hard you feel like your stomach will turn inside out and fall into the toilet.. It's food poisoning ... Voice of experience can you tell?
