Possibly pregnant again

I've had two losses (that I know of) and I just know I'm pregnant again. My period is due next week, but I tested yesterday and I swear there was such a faint line there. On top of that I just know. It sounds crazy but here is why I really feel like I am. First, sore boobs. Second, I have had multiple vivd dreams (had those the other two pregnancies as well). Third, more frequent urination. Fourth, my bowel movements are now infrequent and all out of whack. Finally, my dog climed on top of me and curdled up on my belly. The only other times he's done that was when I was pregnant.
