Has anyone had one? From either caribou coffee or Starbucks? I read somewhere that it has some spice in it that can cause contractions and miscarriages early on so I'm a little worried. I usually have about one a week and I've held back since I've found out I was pregnant. Has anyone drank chai and had problems? Or is it just one of those things that the Internet has made sound worse than it is?
