opk help!

so i took this test today and used FMU. I dont really know when i ovulate because my cycles are sometimes crazy! im on cycle day 11 and glow has predicted that I will ovulate on cycle day 17. I took one yesterday evening and it was a little lighter than this one. I know its negative but my question is, how often would you start testing at this point?
