Medicine AND D&C

I opted for the medication to induce the process after my missed miscarriage. After two weeks of heavy bleeding and passing quite a lot of "stuff" I found out there was still pregnancy tissue remaining. Had to have an emergency D&C after all. Anybody else in the same boat? Feels like a double blow! (Triple when you count losing the baby in the first place)!!
