I hate this feeling. 51 days in this current cycle. 22 days overdue for my period. And I get a negative test. My doctor says 1-2 months of no period is normal after being on the pill 7+yrs, for me normal is getting my period every 28 days. Can you relate?

I'm not quite there at 51 but since stopping bc my next 2 cycles were about 40 days longevity very light periods (lighter then when I was on bc).  Starting 3rd cycle since bc now (CD3) and hoping this one will be more normal.

I had this the other day 😪 so frustrating unfortunately it's not that unusual for me as have polycystic ovaries so periods can be between every 4-6 weeks for me! It's so disheartening, don't give up hope! Sending baby dust x

It can be perfectly normal to miss a period every so often.

I'd say it's hormonal, and you should try vitex. 2000mg in the morning, a half hour before breakfast. It evens out the hormones and makes your cycle more regular. Then monitor with bbt charting! Good luck! Baby dust!

I was on the pill for 8 years. I came off in september and since ive had two normal and regular cycles. Im now 4 days late but both my tests are negative. So annoying not knowing. I have told after coming off the pill you should allow 3 months of a normal cycle.

I too was on my pill Microgynon30 for 8 years j came off it in very end of June had my period as it happens in July Missed period in August did a test septemeber i was pregnant but I went hosp as was having bad bleeding sadly I MC Then 5-6 week later in October I had my period and this month I've found out I'm pregnant it's crazy!
