Does your menapur injections hurt??? Help!

I am on my first cycle of IVF and just started my injections. My GonalF injections don't hurt but the menapur hurts. It's like I can feel the needle and the stinging the whole time. Also, my husband has to push really hard on the syringe to get it out. Is this normal??? Anyone have advice!!

I've been icing before and after for a few minutes and that seems to help a lot.

The menapur hurt and burned everytime we did it. And the first few nights I def felt very weird and not right within a few hours after. I can even explain it. The gonel f almost never hurt when doing it. Didn't feel anything as far as side effects. I also did ganarelix and that hurt and burned afterwards. Tonight I did my trigger shot of Lupron. That didn't hurt at all. Was slightly rashy for a bit afterwards. This one is making me very sweaty and having cramp type feelings.

Nope, it does not hurt anymore and I'm wondering why because on day 7 of stims is when I have noticed I don't feel the Menopur anymore.😳 I do feel the Bravelle though maybe it's because I'm giving myself 5 powders of it.

I just did my second one tonight...I pretty much cried the whole time.  It burns and is so uncomfortable.  The Follistim doesn't hurt going in but afterwards it kind of stings too!  I feel like I have delayed reactions to it too, it is 4 hrs later and I feel nauseous and weird!

It does burn. I ice the area for about 10 min but it still hurts. I go slowly and it seems to help a bit.
