Working out
I will be 12 weeks postpartum this Thursday and I am ready to get back to business about my body! I waited this long because I had an emergency c section with a really difficult recovery. I'm ready to get rid of this little shelf above my scar!! Does anyone have any pointers? I know to pace myself and I have a very healthy diet, just want to know what is working for you!
