Miscarrying. Crazy amount of pain but almost no blood?

Is it normal? I have a missed miscarriage. 6 months ago I had a miscarriage but when the doctor pressed on my tummy was verry painfull. This time when I press it is not painfull, almost no bleeding at all. But the pain in mu uterus is so bad. Is it normal? My baby died almost 19 days ago. Could it be the beggining of an infection?

How far were you? If it's been 19 days and you haven't had bleeding yet it could be infection. Are you running a fever? If the pain is unbearable you might consider the ER. So sorry 😔

When I did it naturally I was in so much pain they gave me medicine to help the uterus contact. I don't know if it helped pass what I couldn't but I instantly started feeling better.

Slight correction... Somewhere in those 19 weeks I did take cytotec to try to force the MC. I thought it worked because I bled SO MUCH that night and passed huge masses of "stuff." I had contractions about every 2 minutes for a couple hrs, then it was over. 
An ultrasound a couple weeks later revealed that I still had more in my uterus than I did at my last appointment. No idea how the heck that was possible after what I passed.

I went 19 weeks (12-13 weeks after baby stopped growing) with no pain or bleeding. My body just didn't want to pass it on its own.

Dr told me the uterus is generally a sterile environment do the risk of infection is low. But he did tell me to monitor symptoms for signs of infection (pain, fever, discharge).

You could just be cramping really hard as your body prepares to miscarry. You should go to the dr to be sure though.
