What do you think this is?

I've been feeling under the weather. I'm 23 weeks. I went to the bathroom this morning and when I peed it sting a little and when I wiped I saw blood. It was pink not red. I wiped again and there was nothing so it was just a little. It was weird to me. Never happened before. Thoughts?
