Arby's?

Question

Is an Arby's roast beef sandwich okay while pregnant? I wasn't sure since they are kept hot. It's all I crave, and I have a tradition of going there with a co-worker every other Tueaday while we do meals on wheels. I'm not ready to announce my pregnancy since I'm only 5w2d. Is Arby's okay?

Also, I have heart burn like crazy. I've never had it like this before.

Arby's is okay. Fast food is only the best poison for your body. Doesn't kill you on the spot, but kills you nice and slowly while it sits in your stomach and builds up gut rot.

So... I used to have a friend who worked at Arby's. After he told me the box the meat come in is labeled 75% roast beef I stopped eating it. I don't think it's safe for anyone to eat. But that's a personal opinion. If you're worried about the lunch meat/listeria aspect of it you're probably safe.

It's so weird you ask this because I almost got that the other day! I think it's fine since it's warm. I ended up getting the ham and cheese one. I love my cheese lol

Whatever you do, whatever craving you get, just don't indulge in mc Donald's hot and spicy and French fries.... I was starving and thought it was a good idea... WRONG. Worst. Heartburn. Ever! 
also it's really early for you to be having heart burn, I would definitely talk to your dr. I didn't want anything to do with medication but my heart burn got so bad I was throwing up. I'm 34 weeks and I justtt started taking Zantac the dr prescribed and I feel like Brand new woman. ;)
