Clomid and ovulation and pcos I need advice please

So I took my first round of Clomid and I have been checking everyday with the clear blue digital ovulation test I went to my doctor Thursday he checked my blood and called me back today said it shows I ovulated I still have no gotten my period which I do have pcos and I took a dollar tree pregnancy test and it was negative and all my Ov tests with clear blue have not had a smiley what is early pregnancy symptoms with pcos and which preg test should I use to check again this week!???
