Freshman 15 dread ,

I'm 6 feet tall and currently 228 pounds. I start college in the fall and I'm already thinking about how to turn the "freshman 15" into a "freshman -50" lol. I need to lose like 60 or 70 pounds I think to be in the "Normal range." I'm currently "obese" according to BMI but I look pretty normal. I just have big thighs and a big muscular butt. I have big love handles. I'm planning on buying Shakeology my next paycheck. And I keep telling myself I'll go to the gym when I'm on campus. But I know I can't count on that when I'll have so much homework to do. I don't know what to do. Here's some pictures of me in my graduation dress
