Cooking eggs?

Okay I have a quick question ladies, I read in American baby magazine to make sure you cook eggs fully, do they mean you have to cook the yolk to cause I love sunny side up eggs. Is it unsafe to eat the yolk when its runny?

They can cause bacteria intestinal infections which can cause extreme complications in pregnancy. It can also give you salmonella, listeria or toxoplasma  gondii.

I've always been told that raw Eggs (yolk too) can contain salmonella. I eat mine over easy anyways, love that runny yolk lol

If you are pregnant, then the white and yolk need to be done...not sunny side up. My mom is cooking me eggs fried over medium the day I leave the hospital after delivery. I can't wait, lol!!

In the UK if they have the lion stamp, they are deemed as safe as long as all the white is cooked and the yolk heated.
