Working out has been the best thing for me so far. I wasn't active at all with my first child and before we found out we were pregnant with this little bean I was working out 6 days a week, I love that I can still do what I was doing & it puts me in a great mood. Helps me sleep better too :) any other moms feel like this about working out while pregnant?Â
