Awkward encounters

So.. today while at the dmv, my fiance and I are standing in line. He see's someone he used to know from when he was in a bowling league. (Before we met, like way before) she comes over and talks to us, says hello. I get called and he continues talking, I finish and we're leaving. And he says to me.. you know what she said to me. And I was like what? She said "is that your daughter? She's pregnant? " and all he could say to her was "no my daughter's 17 that's my gf." Has anyone ever been mistaken for a parent? So awkward
