Is there any hope? Most likely infertile, uninsured, and broke

Ive been diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease, wich makes miscarriage about 200% more likely than normal as well as PCOS wich makes conceiving at all difficult. I'm uninsured unable to work and can't afford the specialists to treat my conditions let alone a fertility specialist or any pricey treatments or surrogate. Are there any options for me that could make my life long goal of having/ raising my very own child or am I better off just giving up and accepting that the only future I've ever seen for myself is a complete and total impossibility?

There are many grants that you can apply for based on need. You can go to attain.com which is a national infertility organization and look for links or resources. Also if you have no income or insurance you can possibly apply for gov assistance insurance which is called different names in different states such as medicaid. Not sure if they cover ivf etc but maybe some kind of testing etc. There are always more options than you might think. Good luck☺

Sorry to hear, what a kick in the guts. For what it's worth, my mum has Hashimotos and conceived my brother and I relatively easily. I hope that happens for you too
