Few questions

Is anyone else here in NV?? If so what clinic/ dr are you using and how do you like them? Also, because there is no known fertility issues with me, but my bf had a vasectomy and the cost of reversal is too much and it's been so long that try tell us the chances of it working is slim to none,  we are planning on doing a few cycles of insemination at home, has anyone ever tried this with any success??
