You can give an amazing blow job even with a terrible gag reflex (im living proof lol). Go at your own pace, focus on the head, use a lot of saliva & use your hands on the length of it moving them in time w your mouth, try circular motions. Cover your teeth, use your tongue a LOT, go at your own pace, & dont let him push your head down until youre used to it & are CERTAIN that its okay w you. You can also use a throat numbing spray if your gag reflex is really bothering you, like Chloraseptic. Im about to invest in some myself, but ive heard some very good things about it lol.

I would suggest first teasing him a little. Take your tongue and lick him first. Up and down and around. Kiss him all over down there. Do everything around him before slowly putting your mouth all the way over his penis. Then take your tongue and wrap it around it as you suck him. Be careful to be gentle put firm. Use your hands as you do it. He can tell you how he likes it. It helps so your mouth doesn't get too tired too. Then you can have some fun. Suck hard a couple times. Mix it up. Never use teeth.
