Calorie limit?
I have been successful in losing 30 pounds since the middle of February. I am very proud of myself to say the least lol
I kind of messed up today though. I had some Taco Bell I couldn't resist! I really wanted to go to the gym and work it off but I haven't even reached my calorie limit for the day and I know you're not supposed to work out unless you eat enough calories. So I guess my question is, is it really going to hurt me that I ate such horrible food but didn't go anywhere near my calorie limit?
