Husband is set on a specific name for a girl. He said it has been the name he has loved since he was a little boy. I think the name is beautiful and I love it too. However, he was previously engaged and when I asked him if he had mentioned and agreed to that name with his ex, he said yes. It made me second guess the name. I don't want my baby girl associated with his crazy ex gf. He said he came up with the name even before he was with her, but I just would hate for her to come up to me some day and be like he choose that name with me. Am I overreacting? It was his ex-fiancé after all. I understand they had planned a life together etc. He says this name is really important to him.
