Prenatals and grapefruit
So I was taking my prenatal vitamins with grapefruit juice and my friend told me that grapefruit and prenatals shouldn't be taken together. She said because grapefruit juice doesn't allow vitamins to be absorbed properly. Any one know if this is true?
