Painting while pregnant?

I am 28 weeks along and we just moved into our new house and I am dying to paint everything! My husband will definitely do it but I'm pretty impatient and have the next 4 days to myself so I wanted to get a few rooms done. I have read mixed reviews on painting while pregnant, so just wanting some feedback on if this is a terrible idea 😏

Make sure it's well ventilated, and take breaks occasionally. I did some painting a few weeks ago, mostly touch ups but two full walls as well. Open windows and run a fan if possible, you'll be fine. Just don't let yourself overdo it, especially if you don't get much exercise anymore.

I recently painted also and purchased a mask to wear. It was 10$ and it put my mind more at ease. I also had good ventilation and took frequent breaks. The one I got was made for paint fumes. :)

My husband and I painted the guest bathroom a few weeks ago. I just made sure it was well ventilated

We are finishing some Renos before the baby gets here and I've done lots of painting. I just make sure to turn on a fan and open the window and I take lots of breaks!

I paint rooms at work. My OB said as long as I ventilate and don't eat the paint (lol) I am fine. I plan to ask about it being safe in my 3rd trimester. I was 1st trimester when we discussed it.

Keep the house well ventilated and if suggest wearing a mask. We just painted our kitchen cabinets and the boys had to use an oil based primer. That was really stinky. I did some research and it sounds like oil based paints is what pregnant women really want to avoid.

Hubby and I moved about 3 months ago and have been painting a few rooms including the nursery. The last time we picked up samples, the paint department at Home Depot suggested a low-odor paint. I really noticed the difference and couldn't event smell the traditional paint stink.

I know some say you can as long as your in a well ventilated area and others say that you can ask people at the paint counter what paint is safe to use.
