Any ladies felt a strange pulling sensation?

Hi ladies. This is my first pregnancy and I really wanted some advice. I'm nearly 28 weeks and over the past 3 days, I've felt a strange 'pulling' sensation from the front of my tummy. Almost like a tugging? It feels quite different from all the kicks/ jabs/ bubbles I have gotten used to. Has anyone else felt this too? Or shld I see the Dr / Midwife? Totally paranoid the baby is all caught up in the umbilical cord or something. Any other experiences or not would be hugely welcome. Thank you! Hope all your pregnancies are going well x
