A few concerns
I actually have two questions. One is that my 8 week old usually only spits up once in a while and it'll look a little like curdled milk... Here lately, he's not really been "spitting up" but a few minutes after he eats, thin regular looking milk will come flowing out. It looks like a lot and soaks his clothes. He doesn't seem bothered by it in the least. It's still concerning to me. What could it be?
The second thing is... We've finally mastered the side lying nursing at night.😀 it used to be a fumble to get latched and half the time I'd end up sitting up to feed him because he would start getting irritated. Now, he latched right on, and I go back to sleep. The thing is, when I was mostly feeding upright at night... When I got up for the next feeding, my breasts would be pretty soft, but full of milk. Now, when I side lie nurse at night, in the mornings my breast feel super firm, but when I go to pump off the extra milk there... It's only a couple of ounces. Why would the side lying position make my breasts feel different?
