Feels like I'm pooping glass! 😫😣

I'm 12 weeks PP and my hemmrhoids have gotten significantly worse! I cringe every time I have to poop, I try to hold it in because it feels like I'm pooping glass! Are any other mommies going through the same thing?! And if so, have you found relief??
