Pregnancy safe cold remedies?

I've managed to avoid getting sick through the first 7mos but I'm feeling off now and think a cold or something worse may be settling in 😞
I work at an elementary school song knew exposure was inevitable but with just a week and half left in the school year I was really hoping to avoid it! Any natural remedy suggestions are much appreciated! I typically drink the Gypsy Cold Remedy tea by Traditional Medicinals but I'm not sure if it's pregnancy safe or not...

This is a list from my clinic, I find it very helpful! As far as natural remidies, if you are into oils I think there are some that are ok in pregnancy to diffuse and such( you would have to look it up). Hope you feel better soon, being sick and pregnant is so not fun!!

Be careful with Robitussin, they make a bunch of different products, so you just need to read the label and make sure you're buying the one you want.

I also found a humidifier at night was helpful when I had a cold earlier this year.

Pharmacist found me the generic version of robitussin to take in a pill form. Also sudafed and Benadryls

Robetesum... May have spelled that wrong but I'm pretty sure it's the only thing you can take. Also check with the pharmacist where you get drugs because they will tell you
