Has anyone experienced this spotting, for this long???

I DO have regular cycles. This month (suppose to be fertile week) , mid cycle, I was spotting pinkish red for a couple days and then it turned brown. I've been spotting  like this for about a week now. Does anyone know what it could be before I start freaking out and calling the DR. Thanks for any opinions.

Somewhat early, but could be implantation bleeding. Sometimes there's random spotting too. It isn't staying bright red so I wouldn't worry- that means you aren't losing a bunch of blood. I'd say wait and see if you get your period.

I started spotting pink an then red the day I receive my positive ovulation test. And have been spotting red for 4 days and today it turns like orange. What it could be?
