How can you tell your baby is still alive??

Just wondering and I know this is a bit scary thought... 
I think I am the lucky one who doesn't get morning sickness. And I don't know if my tummy now has the baby bump, or just because I've been eating a lot... Bigger boobs don't mean that I am still pregnant. 
How can I tell the baby is still growing inside of me without going to see the doctor??

Woah, this is the craziest question I've seen. You should definitely be seeing a dr, and if you're in between visits you should call your dr if you have concerns. You should be having monthly appts until your third trimester, then You should have bi weekly appts.

Well if you tested positive in a pregnancy test your pregnant. If your belly is growing that could possibly be a sign of growth and depending how far along you are you can tell by the movement,but I highly recommend you have regular visits with your OB/Midwife depending on what you prefer it's very important for your health and baby and well. All in all you def want to make sure baby is growing healthy so having regular prenatal visits will only answer your question.

If you're in the first trimester and not having any cramping or bleeding you're most likely fine. Then again, if something happens there's nothing you could do to prevent it

I've had the same thought... mostly because my last pregnancy was a loss. Very early, but still hard on me. It was early enough where my strong positive yest went negative 3 days before I started bleeding. Combine this with my anxiety issues I've always had, and you can see why I might worry...

Now, in this pregnancy, I'm always scared. Depending on how far along you are, there really isn't a perfect way at home. If you're far enough along, you can use a doppler to look for the heartbeat. For me... I've just been telling myself that at this point, if I'm not bleeding I'm most likely okay and so is baby. Sorry I don't have anything more to share. Definitely have regular prenatal appointments, though, it helps.
