2 month shots.. Tylenol?

Hey girls. Did yall give your babies Tylenol before going to the appointment? Are you even allowed to give them Tylenol that young? I've had several people tell me to. Just curious...

My son just got his shots, I speak them out, 2 a week (4total) he was fussy the days he got them and the day after but never ran a temp. They said if he did, tylonal or ibprophen was ok and gave me brands and amounts

Pierce did great with his shots. Has been sleeping more in the evenings then up more at night. We did give Tylenol before and after. He has been kicking his legs like nothing ever happened. 💙

We didn't. We just nursed our girl right after her shots and she was calm the rest of the day. We only have her Tylenol the next day because she was getting a low fever.

We did gave it to him an hour before his appointment. Our dr said if he seems uncomfortable  to give him more every 6 hrs. That day he just wanted to be held but his legs didn't bother him

The gal who runs my mommy and me group did this with all 3 of hers, and she's a nurse. I'd never heard of it before but if a nurse is comfortable with it I'd say it's fine. I'm not sure whether or not I'll do it yet. My son has his shots this coming week. My friend said they aren't bad and that her baby just slept more afterwards, and she didn't do Tylenol.

We gave it to her before she went to bed after she got her shots. A fever started to creep up and we wanted to bring it down.

I didn't use any Tylenol for my son at all, he was a little fussy afterward, mostly sleepy, but after a good nights sleep he was fine.

I didn't give it to her before but I wish I had. I did after though. I was also told not to use infant Tylenol by the doctor but to use children's because the infant one was being recalled. Not sure if that is true or not.
