I am working at a place where someone who has been known to sexually harass people has been let back in. I've been getting sexually harassed with comments such as "can you do the splits?" And "I bet you're flexibl" I was told he even grabbed a girls butt and claimed he thought it was her wallet... For this reason I have been staying behind the counter whenever he comes to prevent him being able to touch me, well today I was refilling drinks and he surprised me by walking up to me and tried joking with me and then asked me if I was ticklish randomly and he put his hand on my shoulder. I've been sexually assaulted before so I hate people I am not comfortable with touching my shoulder. Well I moved my shoulder and just walked away mid conversation. I want to tell them but he was kicked out once before and the store owner let him back in and the HR has done nothing. The last girl that ignored him got screamed at by him and embarrassed in front of a crowd, I don't know what to do or who to tell.
