What To Do With a Second Guessing Husband?

So me and my hubby were talking about payments and hospital bills then we got into a little argument, we both said some things that we didn't mean and he said that he would never wanna be with a pregnant slob like me and just thinking about being in the delivery room with me makes him sick, then he said he wished I never got pregnant, and that it was the scariest suprise ever. When he finally calmed down he told me he just didn't wanna fail me and the kids, that he's afraid that he's gonna mess up somehow. I don't know what to say to convince him that everything's gonna be okay, please help.
