Help me ???!!!!!

OK I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I had the hiccups all last week and yesterday night I got ride of it then after I got ride of it my boyfriend had the hiccups all night and all day today and we try everything what should he do I mean is it pregnancy related cause it's weird it just he won't STOP!!!! HICCUPING

So this ALWAYS works for me. I've never typed a person thru it, only talked them thru itso lets try it.

1)go into a quiet place and relax for a minute.

2)take a deep breath, keep going, as deep as you can. Hiccups are your diaphram spasming. This is to reset it.

3)your lungs should be as full as you can make them, your chest fully expanded. Put a hand on your stomach, it just be taunt. Hold your breath for as long as you can.

4)release your breath SLOWLY. If you puff your breath out fast you can just keep hiccuping. Resume breathing by taking slow deep breaths.

5)hopefully, be hiccup free. I once had to do this twice because i couldn't focus on it. Other than that, it hasalways worked.

Stick your fingers in your ear and hold your breath at the same time for as long as possible. My dad told me to this one time, I laughed but did it and it worked!

Tell him to drink a teaspoon of vinegar. Works for me every single time. Eventually all you'd have to do is take a big whiff of it and you won't need to take a teaspoon of it.

Really weird thing to try but it ALWAYS works for me. Pull down on your left ear lobe and keep pulling it down while slowly drinking water for 15-30 seconds. Sounds strange but it works. Good luck 😊
