What does ectopic pregnancy feel like?

How do you know you are having an ectopic pregnancy? I've been having cramping and sharp pains on my left side from cd24-cd26 (today). I'm worried I either have a cyst or tubal pregnancy but I've never been pregnant before. I took 100mg clomid this cycle.

When I had that I was told the clomid had increased follicle size and that's why it was hurting.

Clomid and Femara can cause cramping. You would be doubled over  i. Pai. For tubal pregnancy. I went to the ER thinking I had one last round and it was just extra uteran lining being shed. Look for fever and acute shoulder pain...best wishes

I had no strange symptoms that would indicate ectopic, only normal pregnancy symptoms. My doc thought I was having a m/c bc my numbers dropped on there own. A month later went back and my hcg had went from 90 to 12,000. Had to have surgery. I did bleed from the time I took a test all the way up to the surgery. Good luck! I'm sure your ok!!
