Why if everything looks good

All test looked good and dh test were good. I think af came to vist. But still going to test Tuesday. I wonder why it not happening? Time to reset but all I want to do is cry.

AF just showed up, and it's just so frustrating and disheartening. Words cannot describe the disappointment i feel right now. Been ttc #1 for 14mos, i really thought this was our month. We also have unexplained fertility.

Know I have cyst have to be on the pill for this month to shrink. Then next AF I can see if it gone and start again

Sometimes people have nothing wrong on both ends. It's unexplained fertility. It's so much more frustrating because it's not something that is easily fixed. Hope you get some answers soon.

My and my dh tests were all good until I made a laparoscopy and they told my that I had polysistics ovaries.....I recommend you that if you were trying for a while now you should do this surgery.nothing to be afraid about.good luck ♥
