Who cooks more often?

Question

I was just wondering who the main chef is in your households :) is it because you/they cook better? Or is it because of how busy you/they are? In my case, my BF cooks 80% of the time and it's because I don't like to cook lol He doesn't mind though so it works out for the both of us. But my mom always bugs me about it and says I should cook since I'm the woman.

Im white.. I can make one hell of a grilled cheese sandwich and the best kraft dinner you've ever had :p My s.o is spanish.. Loves making pastas, fajitas/tacos, fresh and homemade dishes. I let him takeover the kitchen because I can admit he's a better overall cook than me. On the downside, he is super messy & just wants to cook/eat so I clean as he goes. We make a good team in my opinion :)

I cook all the time. My husband doesn't know how to cook anything than frozen pizza haha when he says he wants to cook we usually go out to eat or have something delivered! Lol

When I met my hubby he couldn't even make a damn frozen pizza on his own. Wish I were kidding.

So I do all of the cooking and have been teaching him a bit here and there

I cook all the time because I can't stand him making a mess in my kitchen. I was in the ER for 2 days and DH put away the dishes and put things in the wrong spot and when I got home and managed to make dinner one day shortly after I turned to grab something and I couldn't find it for the life of me haha.
Plus if I let him cool id be living off of pasta and ground beef and tomatoes. He never cooks vegetables or anything else for that matter haha.

When time isn't a factor I have no problem being the sole or primary cook. However, this is real life so time is always a factor. We each cook 3 days a week and eat leftovers on the 7th day. If the person whose supposed to cook is exceptionally busy in their day we'll order something for delivery.

My husband does about 95% of the cooking. I have really bad anxiety about some stuff, and I'm really anxious in the kitchen...we're trying to work together on getting my past that but it's a very slow process

I do! Otherwise we'd live off hot pockets and corn dogs. My hubby only knows how to use the microwave! I like to cook though, just wish he weren't such a picky eater.

My SO does most of the cooking because he likes cooking. I can cook, but he has flare. I do more baking, though.
